All our tours have a maximum of seven guests. Our idea of a great travel experience isn’t piling into a 50-passenger bus and elbowing other tourists to catch a brief glimpse of a scenic viewpoint. With us, you’ll enjoy a comfortable and relaxing day with a personal guide and a small group of like-minded travelers – with plenty of space to experience the best of Washington’s natural wonders.

We’re excited to meet you and share our expertise and knowledge in an intimate setting. We’ll enjoy getting to know you on the way to our destinations, chatting about our favorite restaurants and things to do in the city, and answering your questions about history, geology, ecology, and more.

We start every tour by asking what you’re most excited to learn, see, and experience. In a small group setting, we’re able to cater each tour to the group’s interests. Need five more minutes to grab the perfect mountain photograph? Not interested in a lengthy lecture about plate tectonics? We’re happy to accommodate your needs!
